General Questions
You can book directly through our website or at our office located at 6808 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles CA 90028.
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Zelle payments. For your convenience, we also offer the option to pay online by booking a tour directly on our website.
Our tours are not wheelchair accessible.
Bus tours
Yes! Our tours include expert local guides/drivers who provide fascinating insights and insider stories about LA’s most famous spots. Enjoy interactive videos in our vehicles as well.
Tour durations vary:
- Hollywood Sign Tour: 1 hour including 1 stop at Hollywood Sign.
- Celebrity Homes Tour: 90 minutes to 2 hours.
- Authentic 3-hour & 3-stop Tour: 3 hours including 3 stops, one at Hollywood Sign, at Beverly Hills Sign and another one with LA overlook.
Each tour starts at designated meeting point: 6808 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles CA 90028.
Details will be provided upon booking, and you’ll also receive directions via email.
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This will allow you ample time to check-in, bring your ticket and a proof of your identity.
Parking options:
- Behind our office: about $30 all day.
6820 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028. - 2 blocks away: public parking at $10 all day.
1667 N Sycamore Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90028. - At the Ovation Mall: $3 for 2 h with validation in a store.

Public transportation:
- Metro B Line (Red): The Hollywood/Highland Station is the nearest subway stop. Trains operate daily from approximately 4:30 AM to 12:30 AM and every 10 minutes.
6815 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028. - Bus Line 217: Runs along Hollywood Boulevard, connecting to various parts of the city.
- Bus Line 212: Operates on nearby streets, providing additional connectivity.
- DASH Hollywood: A local shuttle service offering convenient stops throughout Hollywood.
All of these buses are around 6808 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028.
- Cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule without additional charges.
- If you miss the experience, rebooking is available by paying a rebooking fee.
- Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule your booking in case of unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen events.
Exotic Car tours
To be eligible to drive the exotic cars, you must hold a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old to drive a Ferrari or 21 years old to drive a Lamborghini.
If you are under age, don’t worry! You can still join the tour as a passenger and enjoy the ride with one of our friendly tour guides. For children under 12, please ensure they are accompanied by an authorized adult.
For the exotic car driving tours, your booking includes insurance coverage. There is no deposit required.
- The Ferrari California T: offers comfortable seating for up to four people, including the tour guide, allowing you to bring along two friends on your driving tour! Each passenger will be required to pay an additional $20 for insurance.
- The Lamborghini Huracan Spyder: is a thrilling 2–seater designed to accommodate one customer and a dedicated tour guide.
- The Tesla Cybertruck: is accessible for up to five people, including the tour guide.
Depending on your tour, we may stop momentarily for photo opportunities or to answer any questions you may have.
Additionally, if you request to stop for a bathroom break or to buy souvenirs, we are happy to accommodate -just know that your driving tour will be limited to the time slot you have booked.
We absolutely encourage you to bring your own camera so that you can capture all of the amazing sights on your exotic car driving tour!
For your convenience, we also sell GoPro video recordings of the entire tour, for an additional $30.

Yes! Our tours include local pilots/co-pilots who provide fascinating insights and insider stories about LA’s most famous spots.

Helicopter Tours
- The pilot needs to know each passengers weight to calculate fuel needed for flight.
- There is a weight limit of 300lbs per seat for the standard tour aircrafts. Larger helicopters with no weight restrictions are available.
The helicopter tour is located in Burbank, just a 25-minute drive from our office in Hollywood Walk of Fame.
- Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged full rate.
- Rescheduled flights require a minimum of 48 hours notice to be rescheduled with no penalty.
- Reschedules less than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure will be subject to a 20% reschedule fee.
Attractions
- The majority of activity vendors have a “no cancellation” policy and tickets are non-transferable.
- Please check the specific Terms & Conditions listed for each activity before purchasing your tickets.
Hop-On Hop-Off
- Yes. When you book, you will need to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour.
- Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to secure your seat. If your ticket has extra inclusions, you may also need to book dates and times for these inclusions after your purchase is complete. For more information, please see the instructions on your booking confirmation email.
- The Hollywood Loop (Red Route) showcases Los Angeles’ must-see spots including the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Rodeo Drive and the TCL Chinese Theatre.
- The Beach Loop (Blue Route) introduces you to the more laid-back side of Los Angeles: the sun, sand, surf (and shopping!) of Santa Monica.
There are multiple stops across our 2 routes where you can hop on and off your tour. Each stop has been selected because it provides convenient access to an attraction or place of interest. You can hop on and off the tour as many times as you wish, and are of course welcome to stay on board for the entire tour loop.
- The commentary on the bus will announce hop-off stops as the bus arrives at each location, allowing you to hop off at your leisure.
- Download the Big Bus Tours app and you’ll be able find your nearest stop and better still, check to see if a bus is heading your way thanks to real-time bus tracking. Don’t forget you’ll need to enable location services and data on your mobile device (please speak with your mobile / cell provider regarding data roaming costs).
