  • Cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund or free reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Due to limited departures (two per day), late arrivals may be considered a no-show. Rebooking may be offered subject to availability and a rebooking fee, but is not guaranteed.

VIP Hollywood Experiences reserves the right to modify, relocate, or cancel tours due to weather, operational needs, minimum participation requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

If minimum bookings are not met for a Downtown departure, we may relocate the tour to our Hollywood departure point. Guests will be notified in advance and may reschedule or request a refund if preferred.
